​We've Released the Cameron County Project - RECAP 2021 . The Resident-Envisioned Community Action Plan summarizing the work we've done and the Action Ideas residents prioritized for Action. Take a Look and tell us what you think.
​We are beginning the process of sharing your ideas with Stakeholders and our local decision makers -- beginning the conversations that will help us determine what is feasible, what will take some more time, and what needs to begin fresh and testing out some of the very doable ideas you've shared with us.  Stay tuned as we work to unveil:
  • Finalized Value Statements - edited to account for all your suggested changes. -  Completed 4/5/21 
  • All. The. Ideas. - so you can tell us what you think and help us rank them. - Completed 8/13/21.
  • The Cam Co Proud Call to Action Plan - highlighting how our values are the road map to build up our community for our friends, family, and future success. - Adopted by Resolution : County of Cameron Commissioners, Borough of Emporium Council, and Shippen Township Supervisors.
  • Creation of a Searchable Database to share all the hopes, concerns, and ideas we collected *In Final Stages of making user friendly*
  • Stakeholder and Decision Maker Conversations about Implementing Resident Ideas *On-Going*

Our program is partnered with the Cameron County Community Chest -- who provide us with the most amazing resources, guidance and oversight. They are a 501 (c) 3 agency dedicated to serving Cameron County.
